Shipping policy


Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States. We offer international shipping, but you will be responsible for all import costs.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We primarily use USPS for all shipping needs. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS. However, UPS does NOT ship on the weekends. 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is carrier dependent, but typically takes 3-5 business days. Estimated Delivery Times are shown at checkout. 


Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours (Carrier dependent).


International Shipping Details

We offer international shipping.

International orders typically arrive within 4 to 22 business days, depending on the shipping carrier selected and your destination.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery (where applicable).

We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any potential fees prior to placing your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.


Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

Contact us if you have not received your order to start a claim. Please provide your order number in the request.


Returns & Exchanges

At Nutrifuel®, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. However, because our supplements are consumable health products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened or used items. This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons — once a supplement has been opened, it cannot be resold or returned under FDA guidelines.

Exceptions


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@nutrifuelnutrition.com with your order number and photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

All unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs paid by the customer.
