Preparing for surgery

Easy to do and feeling like I have strengthened my body in preparation of my upcoming surgery.

I have only taken these before surgery. I was amazed at how much energy I had with them. Surgery is next week. I am sure they will help my recovery.

Good stuff Maynard

Using the pre-op pkg has been very beneficial for my husband. Better bathroom experiences and better digestion overall. I'm sure what we can't see is working just as well. However, purchasing them was a bear! Website was having issues with taking cc. Had to send a check. Need better IT tech support.

Happy except for one thing

I am pleased with the product

My only concern is that I take them judiciously because the gas/flatulence caused by some of the supplements and some of the meal plan items does not allow me to work at a job without running to the bathroom often. I have to take them sparingly and after work only at night or on days off.

Quality

I just started using them on the recommendation of the surgeon that will be doing my surgery. I have always been someone who is concerned about my health. I not sure what they are doing to my body to prepare for surgery, but was willing to take them so I can recover quickly.

Recovery from surgery went exceptionally well. The Physician was even surprised how little swelling and bruising I had.

When should I start taking the supplements?

For preoperative supplements, we recommend taking the supplements in our kit 14 to 21 days before surgery. The supplements will help with your overall health prior to surgery to help with your post-surgery recovery. It is important to review the supplement list with your doctor prior to surgery.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), commonly found in citrus fruits, can help you heal faster. It is essential to the production of collagen and has the potential to scavenge free radicals or agents that cause damage to living tissues. What should I not take before surgery?
